Food Security for Industry

Michigan's food industry is accustomed to addressing and minimizing risks, especially related to food safety. Since September 11, 2001, however, the focus has shifted to include food security.  The state's food and agriculture industry is being encouraged to identify their food security risks and to act to minimize or eliminate those risks.
