Who Doesn't Need a License?

Inspection:
All nursery stock produced in the state must be inspected and found to be free from serious pests before it may be sold or moved from one location to another. Growers must arrange for an inspection of their nursery stock or herbaceous perennials by contacting the MDA regional office that serves their county.
