Licensing Decision Tree: Motor Fuels and Weights & Measures

Select a licensing, registration or certification type:

•	Retail Motor Fuel Outlet (Gas Station)	Any establishment at which motor fuel is sold or offered for sale to the public is required to obtain a retail motor fuel outlet license.
•	Service Agency (Weights & Measures)	Registration of service agencies and personnel is required in order for service personnel to place all manner of commercial weighing and measuring devices into service.
•	Service Person (Weights & Measures)	Registration of service agencies and personnel is required in order for service personnel to place all manner of commercial weighing and measuring devices into service.
