Cucumber-Dill Dressing

1/3 c white wine vinegar
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 Tbl. dried dill weed or 4 Tbl. fresh dillweed
1/2 cucumber, diced 1/4 inch
1/2 cup nonfat sour cream

Dissolve salt in vinegar. Whip in oil by droplets. Add pepper and dill weed. Add diced cucumber and chop coarsely in blender. Stir in sour cream to taste.
