3 C cooked, diced turkey
1 C chopped celery
½ C dried Michigan cherries
½ C chopped onion
2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
½ C mayonnaise
1 T lemon juice
¼ t salt
Mix turkey, celery, dried cherries, onion, and eggs together. Mix salad dressing,
lemon juice and salt until smooth. Gently stir salad dressing into turkey mixture. Chill
thoroughly, and serve on a croissant or bed of lettuce leaves.
