Each year, Michigan residents look forward to selecting Michigan produce at the wide variety of farm markets, u-pick operations and other agri-tourism destinations throughout the state. To assist consumers in finding quality agricultural products, the Michigan Farm Marketing & Agri-Tourism Association, in partnership with Farm Bureau Insurance of Michigan, has published the "Michigan Farm Market & Agricultural Tourism Directory."
Hundreds of farm markets, farmers' markets, u-pick operations and other agricultural tourism businesses such as cider mills, pumpkin patches and wineries are included in this popular index. Listings include business names, phone numbers, addresses, directions, operational hours, and the products and services available.
The directory is available online at www.michiganfarmfun.com. Online visitors can search the listings by region of the state, county, or product, or can download a printable version of the directory to take on the road.
Single copies of the printed directory are available at any Farm Bureau Insurance office. Multiple copies for distribution can be ordered from Michigan Farm Marketing & Agri-Tourism Association; a printable order form is available at www.michiganfarmfun.com.
