Food Digest Newsletter
Food Digest is the Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development's newsletter for the food industry and general consumers. The annual newsletter offers important information on Michigan's Food Law, which was enacted to modernize, standardize and consolidate Michigan's food laws while adopting the Food and Drug Administration's (FDA) Food Code as a uniform regulatory standard for retail food establishments.
The Food Digest newsletter is mailed to licensed grocery and convenience stores, restaurants, and other foodservice facilities.
