MDE/MEGS Training

The Michigan Department of Education will provide MEGS statewide training, which is recommended for all new users. The training will provide an overview of all MEGS functionality, including the latest updates and features. Security levels, local administration, system navigation, and grant reporting will be covered. In addition, the new Cash Management System (CMS) will be reviewed. System experts will be available to answer questions after the formal training presentation.

The trainings will be held at the following Intermediate School Districts (ISD):

· August 1, 2007 at Traverse City ISD

· August 6, 2007 at Wayne ISD

· August 16, 2007 at Washtenaw ISD

· August 27, 2007 at Kent ISD
