1. Connect to the Webinar using Internet Explorer 5.0 or a higher version
2. Access the audio portion of the Webinar using 1-800 number provided in the invitation.
3. Check to see if you have pop-up blockers “enabled”.  If so, you need to “disable” the pop-up blockers for the duration of the Webinar.  Follow these steps accordingly:

·        Locate “tools” on the menu bar at the top of the SBC Conference Web page.

·        Click on “tools” and select “disable” pop-ups. (Generally, this is the second option under “tools”.)

4. Select “join as participant” on the left-hand side of the SBC Conference Web page
5. At the bottom of the SBC Conference Web page, enter the following information in the box displayed:

·        Name of participant

·        Passcode for the Webinar/conference

·        Conference telephone number (be sure to include the dashes, ex. 1-800)

6. When prompted, agree to the terms & conditions for participation in the Webinar.
7. If you are still having trouble getting started, select “tools” on the menu bar, then select “Internet Options”, select “Delete Cookies”, and then follow steps 4 through 6 again.
