Orientation Information:
Orientation/intake sessions are conducted every Monday (except holidays) at 10:00 a.m. by appointment only. Applicants and individuals seeking information are requested to call 734-677-1125 or 877-901-9195 (toll free) to schedule an appointment. A short interview will be conducted at that time.
Orientation for social security beneficiaries are held bimonthly on the first and third Tuesdays of the month at 1:00 p.m.
Office Hours:
8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday. After hours appointments can be arranged.
Directions To Office:
Exit Route 23 at Washtenaw Avenue (EAST). The first traffic light at the intersection will be Carpenter Road. Turn right on Carpenter Road, going SOUTH. The next intersection will be Packard Road. Turn right on Packard Road, going WEST. Immediately to the left after going underneath Route 23, there will be an office building with the numbers 3800 on it. The Michigan Rehabilitation Services office is directly behind this building.
Accessible parking is adjacent to the building.
The office is located on the Packard Road bus route of the Ann Arbor Transporatation Authority (AATA).

Unique Features:
The Ann Arbor District Office participates in the Rehabilitation Renaissance program, which is a collaborative project involving MRS staff, customers who elect to participate in the project, and a support team from United Cerebral Palsy of Metropolitan Detroit. The project uses innovative tools and techniques to promote informed choice and successful employment outcomes for people who have significant disabilities.
