The Healthy Kids Dental project is the public-private partnership between the Michigan Department of Community Health and Delta Dental Plan of Michigan to administer the Medicaid dental benefit in 37 counties to beneficiaries under the age of 21.

The 12-month assessment report measures utilization, access to dental providers and the type of treatment received.
