You will be sent a letter from the Department informing you of any missing information. You can easily track your file by checking the online checklist on our website at www.michigan.gov/healthlicense and click on "Application Status Look Up". Use your customer number and instructions that you will receive approximately 3 weeks after receipt of your application.
