What if I did not complete the full 20 hours of CE?

Agency: Community Health

If you do not complete the required 20 hours of approved CE during the licensing period, you will be considered in violation of the Public Health Code. If you are audited and are unable to document the completion of continuing education, a complaint will be filed against you. You could then be required to complete additional continuing education, pay a fine and/or be on probation for a year. The violation will be considered a permanent disciplinary action against your license.
