Management of the Bureau's database system, the collection of data and the issuance of necessary reports and analysis, approval of involuntary transfer or discharge plans, and Freedom of Information Act requests are all handled by the Data Management Unit.
Processing, tracking, and coordinating enforcement actions for the Bureau of Health Systems are conducted by the Enforcement Unit.
The Training Unit is responsible for ensuring a comprehensive program of staff training, professional development, proper understanding and implementation of state and federal regulations, and the coordination of Bureau-wide quality improvement programs.
