Clinical Process Guidelines (CPG)

The Clinical Process Guidelines are valuable optional tools for both facility and surveyor use in long-term care facilities. These sample tools outline the process steps that a facility is expected to demonstrate when caring for residents and include checklists. These guidelines may be useful in the implementation of certain components which enable evaluation and management of patient concerns related to the following topics.
