Licensing Agencies Move

The agencies that monitor and license health care facilities and health professionals are moving from the Department of Community Health to the Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs, effective Friday, April 22.

The Bureau of Health Systems, which oversees health care facilities, and the Bureau of Health Professions, which licenses 27 health-related professions, are included in the move.
