Region-specific and local health department-specific prevalence rates of health risk behaviors, preventive health practices, and chronic conditions are computed using a five year combined Michigan BRFS dataset that maximizes the available sample size. Estimates are reported for geographic subgroups with a sample size of at least 50 respondents.
