| Hepatitis C Support Project Train-the-Trainer Workshop |
The Michigan Department of Community Health and the Kent County Health Department will sponsor a Hepatitis C Support Project Train-the-Trainer Workshop facilitated by Alan Franciscus on Wednesday July 30, 2008 at the Kent County/Michigan State University Extension Office in Grand Rapids.
Alan has provided this training several times in Michigan, with a great response from participants. It is a free one-day training targeting health educators, HIV/STD staff, substance abuse staff, local health department staff, medical providers and other health professionals who will provide education, support and advocacy for people and populations affected by hepatitis C.

The training includes snacks and lunch. Registration/check in begins at 7:30 AM and the day concludes at 5 PM. The registration deadline is July 23.
