BSAAS held a Prescription and Over-The-Counter Drug Abuse Summit on March 27, 2009, to raise awareness about this issue and to launch an initiative to combat the problem. A Prescription and Over-The-Counter Drug Abuse Task Force is being formed to develop strategies for Michigan.
