Medicaid is a federal and state funded health care program that provides comprehensive health care coverage for the medically indigent.  This page supplies coverage, billing and reimbursement policies and other important information for enrolled providers.  Much of the information provided also applies to other heath care programs administered by MDCH (e.g., Adult Benefits Waiver, MOMS, Plan First!, Children's Special Health Care Services, etc.)
