The LTC Reimbursement and Rate Setting Section, Bureau of Medicaid Financial Management is responsible for the analysis, and implementation of reimbursement and rate setting policies/procedures for LTC institutional providers. This affects 370 nursing homes (NH), 35 county medical care facilities (CMCF), 26 hospital long term care units (HLTCU), hospital swing beds (HSBs), the state regional center for the developmental disability (DD center). The section also implements policy for the cost settlement of these providers for Medicaid (Title XIX). Directs the administration of the County Maintenance of Effort (MOE) revenue program as it affects the CMCF.
