Pursuant to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) mandate, a new rate methodology must be developed for the School Based Services Fee-For-Service program.  The development of the new rate methodology is being accomplished through a joint effort between Michigan Department of Community Health, Michigan Department of Education, Center for Medicare and Medicaid, Public Consulting Group and representatives from the Intermediate School Districts (ISD).

The Fee For Service Rate Methodology Workgroup is comprised of a representatives from small, medium and large ISDs.  The purpose of this webpage is to provide information and a venue for comment to all interested parties.
