All Michigan Medicaid Billing Agents will need to complete the B2B Testing process to ensure proper submission of HIPAA compliant transactions.  If you currently do not have a Michigan Medicaid Billing Agent ID, please refer to the " How to Become an E-Biller " webpage.   

With the implementation of CHAMPS, the process of Business to Business (B2B) Testing is projected to change later this fall. In the meantime, providers will still be able to submit test files for review.    If you choose to submit test files throughout this transition, please notify automated billing through an email; This will ensure that MDCH receives your file.  Please continue to check the website for any updates regarding the new testing process.
