Goals |

Conduct a pilot study to determine the environmental impact of methamphetamine
labs.
- Determine the clean-up issues both inside and outside of a methamphetamine
lab.
- Review the Michigan Health Code to determine if there are rules to target
property owners for clandestine lab cleanup.
- Direct and coordinate existing laws and authority into remediation of
methamphetamine labs; develop a standard for enforcement of remediation
guidelines.
- Develop a notification system for environmental and local health agency
personnel. |
