respect to both precursor chemicals and methamphetamine manufacture.
- Review sentencing guidelines to appropriately enhance penalties.
- Increase the education and awareness of the methamphetamine problem for
judges, prosecutors, and probation and parole officers.
- Establish a protocol for consistency of evidence collection, preservation
and testing. |
