Michigan Advisory Committee for the Elimination of Tuberculosis

• MI-ACET
The Michigan Advisory Committee for the Elimination of Tuberculosis was formed in 1992 and is a group of representatives from both private and public agencies with the goal of developing strategies and recommendations for the elimination of tuberculosis in Michigan.

• Mission Statement
MI-ACET promotes effective management of persons in Michigan who are affected by tuberculosis and works toward statewide tuberculosis elimination.

• Vision Statement
The vision of MI-ACET is the elimination of tuberculosis in Michigan.

TB Nurse Network

• TB Nurse Network
The TB Nurse Network is a group of multidisciplinary TB health care professionals that meet quarterly to exchange and share TB information. Meetings are attended in person or via conference call. Meetings are typically held at Ingham County Health Department in Lansing.
