FAQ
  People With Disabilities
I am losing my hearing and can't hear well on the phone anymore. Can you help me?

Answer:
On most telephones the handset can be replaced by one with a built in volume control. If that is not adequate, there are special phones built to boost the incoming sound. Contact your local phone company or contact the Division on Deafness for a list of dealers of these telephones. Also, hearing aids can be made with a t-coil that enhances the sound coming over the phone.
