FAQ
  People With Disabilities
Other employees are provided cellular phones but because I am deaf, they do not provide one to me. Am I entitled to a cellular phone too?

Answer:
If you have enough residual hearing to use the cellular phone, even if you need assisitive listening devices to utilize it, you are entitled to the same benefits as other employees. Cellular phones can be used with TTY, too.
