ADA Title II Accommodation Complaints

The Title II ADA complaint process provides qualified persons with disabilities the right to file a complaint if they believe they have been denied access or participation in programs or services offered by a State government department, agency or other instrumentality. If the complaint is not satisfactorily resolved with the State government department, agency, etc., a review may be requested with the Department of Civil Rights.
