Employment Opportunities

The Department of Civil Rights works to prevent discrimination by investigating complaints of unlawful discrimination and through outreach efforts and educational programs that promote voluntary compliance with civil rights laws. The Department is committed to providing training in cultural competence to Michigan organizations to prepare them to serve a more diverse population. Michigan is further served through public outreach, public discourse and services to businesses on various issues including diversity, equal opportunity employment law, and State of Michigan contracting opportunities.
