What Impact Do Anti-Discrimination Policies Have on Economy, Communities?

Lansing - On June 26, 2012, the Michigan Department of Civil Rights will co-host a public hearing on the impact that anti-discrimination policies have on lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender persons, as well as the economy and social well-being of Michigan communities. The event will be co-sponsored by the Holland Human Relations Commission and take place from 7-9 p.m. in Council Chambers of Holland City Hall, 270 South River Avenue.

Members of the general public are encouraged to attend and provide testimony on the personal impact of these policies.
