Division on Deaf and Hard of Hearing
Click here for: The mission of the Division on Deaf and Hard of Hearing is to affirm the indisputable rights of deaf, hard of hearing and deaf-blind residents to effective communication. The Division provides advocacy, interpreter testing, technical assistance, and interpreting services for the Governor, legislature, and state departments. All Sign Language interpreters are required to be certified through the Division to practice in Michigan.
Hispanic/Latino Commission of Michigan
Click here for: The Commission strives to market the state's career development services to Michigan Hispanics, encourage initiatives to reduce the high school dropout rates of Hispanic youth, and facilitate efforts to increase the enrollment of Hispanics in postsecondary education and training programs.
