How do I get a new Password?
If you've already completed your security questionnaire,
answer two questions and we'll send you a new password.
Otherwise, contact the MI HR Service Center at 877-766-6447 or 517-335-0529 to get a Temporary Pin.

What if I'm a new employee?
Once the system knows you're hired, we send a letter to your home address with directions to get your first password. If you don't get a letter within two weeks of your start date, please email
Note: If you are no longer an active employee, your Self-Service access will expire in 90 days.
