Exercise is Still On!
It may surprise you just how easy it is to gain a pound or two, or ten!
Then, once you've gained way more than you wanted, it may again surprise you how difficult it is to get rid of it!!
The verdict is out against dieting. But physical activity is still "on". Make a pact with yourself to move continuously for at least 30 minutes a day, or for 10 minutes 3 times a day. . . just one step at a time. Taking the time to "just do it" may seem a challenge. Never-the-less, give it a try then just keep doing it again and again until it's a habit. Go for subtle changes that can be maintained over a lifetime.
