HEALTHY ADDICTION
Looking for a foolproof prescription, guaranteed to give you more energy, reduce stress, strengthen your heart, and make your clothes fit better?

Exercise! It's cheap and available to you right now. So are you doing it? If you're to busy too exercise, then you are simply too busy.
We all have 24 hours (that's 1400 minutes) in a day. Try finding at least 30 minutes (or 2% of your day) for some physical activity. It doesn't even have to be all at once. Take ten or fifteen minute walks at break time or lunch. Join an exercise class. Find a walking buddy to keep you motivated. Invest in an inexpensive pedometer and wear it all day. See how many steps you take in one day, and then try to find ways of increasing that number. Try to work your way up to 10,000 Steps A Day. Start a friendly competition with your friends and co-workers. Go outside and play with your kids - they need the exercise too.

Exercise can be an investment in your health, your well-being, and your future.   Remember: Don't just find time for exercise, take time for it!
