Summer time is a good time to be outdoors and active! Holidays afford a little leisure time for many of us, and we welcome the opportunity to have a change of pace, and perhaps a change of scenery, too.
If the thought of getting 30 minutes exercise per day still intimidates you, just keep managing it a little at a time.... 10 minutes here, 10 minutes there. By varying the activities you do to keep you physically active, you can get a taste of the spice of fitness.
