Dec. 31, 2011	ADP Health Care Debit Cards will be deactivated for 2011 FSA plan year
Jan. 5, 2012	First payroll deduction for 2012 FSA plan year
Mar. 15, 2012	Last day to incur charges for 2011 FSA plan year through ADP
Apr. 15, 2012	Last day to submit reimbursement request for 2011 FSA plan year through ADP
