The annual Open Enrollment period is your opportunity to review your current enrollments and make changes if desired.
All Open Enrollment information is available on the Internet, including the FY 2009-2010 Insurance Rates and a summary of your benefit plan options.

All Open Enrollment changes must be entered in MI HR Self-Service. Access to your Self-Service account will be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via the Internet/intranet except during regular scheduled maintenance. Password assistance is available at www.michigan.gov/selfserv. under "Password help" or call the MI HR Service Center.

If you need assistance, contact the MI HR Service Center.

Your final Open Enrollment selections will remain in effect for the entire benefit year, from October through September, except for certain situations. For details, refer to Section 13.

If you are married to another eligible State employee or retiree, see Section 10 regarding your options for enrollment as either an "employee" or as a "dependent," as well as options for enrolling your child(ren).
