Adding Names to Applicant Pools CS-1706
If you have already taken and passed the following exams: Corrections Nonprofessional Supervisors - 4081, Administrative Support - 5030 and you gained additional experience and/or education since the exam date(s), please complete this form to have your name added for higher classification/levels. Note: you must possess the minimum education and experience and have a passing exam score for the classification(s)/level(s) you request. In the case of the 5030 exam, you must also have a passing typing performance test to be added to the secretary, legal secretary, executive secretary and word processing assistant application pools.
