REGULATION 3.06, EMPLOYMENT SANCTIONS |
Proposed amendments to Civil Service Regulation 3.06, Sanctions for Violating Appraisal Method Integrity, were circulated for review and comment under SPDOC No. 06-07, dated May 25, 2006.
The title of the regulation has been amended to "Employment Sanctions" to more accurately reflect the purpose of this regulation. This regulation implements the rules authorizing sanctions, and establishes the procedures for applying, appealing, and removing employment sanctions.
The attached regulation is now being issued with an effective date of September 10, 2006.
