DRAFT AMENDMENTS TO CIVIL SERVICE REGULATION 3.14, STATE TRANSITIONAL POSITION DESIGNATION AND APPOINTMENTS

Proposed amendments to Civil Service Regulation 3.14, State Transitional Position Designation and Appointments, are being circulated for review and comment.
|
The recommended changes to language in this regulation better reflect state experience that an individual brings when changing to a new classification. The regulation also addresses SEMA job classifications for appointments to professional P11, 12, and 13-level job classifications separate from professional level job classifications to provide greater clarification.
