Maybe this information will help:
1. Make sure to correctly enter your personal User Name, and a valid Password.

2. Only Microsoft's Internet Explorer 6.0 or 7.0 will work to get into self-service! The following browsers may let you view the Earnings Statements, but they can not view your self-service account: Firefox, Netscape, Safari, Web TV

3. Old versions of Internet Explorer will not work for self-service, including IE 5.5 or Mac IE 5.2. PC users can get IE upgrades for free at Microsoft.com. There is no new IE browser for Mac users.

4. Old operating systems like Windows 95 or older can not run self-service, even with a new IE browser.
