You need your user name to log into MI HR self-service or request a new password. Your user name is lowercase h (not capital H) and your seven-digit employee ID number. If you have a six-digit number, add a zero (not the letter O) to the front of your employee ID number. If you do not know your employee ID number:

MI HR Wallet Reminder Card
This printable card provides a place to record your employee ID number and MI HR Self-Service user name. It also provides the MI HR Gateway and MI HR Information web addresses, the MI HR Service Center's address, telephone (including TDD) number, fax number, and hours of operation. This card can also be obtained from your local HR Office.
**IMPORTANT**
To prevent access by unauthorized users in your MI HR Self-Service account, DO NOT record your password on this card. Click here for more information on how you can keep your account secure.
