Contract Doctor

The Contract Doctor is a web-based tool that allows agencies to make any necessary changes to information about expenditures on CS-138s http://csintranet.state.mi.us/ContractDoctor/Index.htm. This information is used by agencies for management reporting and tracking CS-138 remaining balances. Civil Service uses the information in the compilation of the annual report.
