The Deputy Director serves as a member of the Director's leadership team, assists with the responsibility for the formulation and implementation of the department's mission, policies, strategic plans, directives, and organizational structure.
The office oversees the Office of Business Applications Support, Employee Benefits, MI HR Service Center, Office of Compensation and Performance Management,
Human Resource Training and Development, Technical Complaints, and Hearings, Employee Relations, and Mediation (HERM).
