| To support the Civil Service Commission financial needs within the guidelines of the Department of Management of Budget and the State Legislature.

RESPONSIBILITY
|
| Budget and Financial Services is responsible for the fiscal control and compliance with state and federal administrative guidelines. Duties include budget development, projections, travel reimbursement, procurement of goods and services including office supplies and cell phones as well as many other accounting and purchasing functions. Duties also include telecommunications, IT and inventory management activities. In addition, mail and building services are provided for the Capitol Commons Center.
