of Civil Service financial needs within the guidelines of the Department
of Management of Budget and the State Legislature. |

RESPONSIBILITY
|
The Budget and Financial
Services area is responsible for budget development and oversight as well
as the accounting and purchasing activities of the department. Specifically,
the responsibilities include the monitoring of expenditures and revenues,
vendor payments, employee expense reimbursements, revenue receipting and
commodity and service procurement processes.
