The Office
of the General Counsel
provides direct, legal services to the State Personnel Director
and the Civil Service Commission. The office conducts
legal research and drafts and publishes rules and regulations.
The office is also responsible for the review of employment
relations board recommendations to the Commission and drafting
decisions to the Commission.
