The Hearings Office provides formal hearings to address (1) grievance appeals by non-exclusively represented employees (NEREs), (2) unfair labor practice charges, (3) complaints regarding prohibited subjects of bargaining, and (4) questions certified by technical review officers. The Hearings Office also conducts representation elections.
