Who Is Eligible?
Eligibility to participate in the Benefits for Life plans varies by plan as shown in the table below.
For some plans, you can also cover your spouse, eligible children and grandchildren.
Non-career employees are not eligible to enroll in this optional coverage program.

Active employees working 20 hours per week after completion of 3 months of continuous service. |

All benefit-eligible active employees. |
