Organizational Structures For SES And Group 4 Classifications
These attachments are being provided to Appointing Authorities as reference tools to assist in organizational planning by showing various organizational options.
First-level staff/program specialists are classified at the advanced level of the class series and will continue to be rated using the ECP Group 2 Professional Specialist Position Evaluation System. However, the correct class title will be the same as that of the advanced level in the class series.
NOTE: The organizational structures shown in these documents are typical, but not all-inclusive. Alternative organizational structures may be proposed and will be reviewed for proper classification.
